March & April, 2005 IBG Services began inviting artists to showcase their work inside and outside, front and back and sideways of his business. We are trying to keep track of the progression. It began with Paul Pugliese, Longbranch, NJ and his PVC sculpture "Playing With Pipes". This piece has moved over to UMDNJ from mid May through July (wild guess) and renamed the Ball Jugglers (getting political! )
