America the Beautiful- My Country This small quilt was inspired by watching the inauguration of the President. We had guests from England staying with us at the time and we all stood around watching the inauguration. I felt very emotional and patriotic. After they left for the day I took a sleeve from a very old coat that I had and combined it with other American memorabilia to make this quilt.
