Helen Langen owns a mountain (the foothills in Horohata, New Zealand she says it is!) Her idea is to turn it into a visual beacon to the whole area inviting outdoor art works of all kinds interspersed with the flora & fauna. The Citizen School Blue Ball Pipe was the first piece invited and its base was cast in concrete. It flew by way of the sale of a 1985 Mercedes Benz. Now it greets the sunrise.
